Without the dedication of numerous volunteers, the organization of the beach volleyball tournament would not be possible. Thank you for your tireless efforts!
We look forward to welcoming you back to our big volunteer family in 2025! This year, our volunteer celebration will take place on August 30, 2025.
Volunteer Assignment 2025
Assignment
The registration for a volunteer assignment is done through Swiss Volunteers (our official tournament language is German).
The assignment confirmation will be sent by mid-June at the latest.
After that, the assignment schedules and further information will follow in due time.

Registration opens in early to mid-February and must be completed via Swiss Volunteers. The link can be found above under "Assignment."
Your personal volunteer accreditation (wristband) will be provided along with the clothing.
The common room for the volunteers is located in the basement of the Sport Lodge, House A (next to the sports center / the side courts).
All volunteers will receive two T-shirts, a hoodie, a rain jacket, and a cap for their on-site duties.
For sustainability reasons, we will order the hoodies and rain jackets for a duration of two years.
| T-Shirt | You can keep it (2025 anniversary edition). A new T-shirt will be available in 2026. |
| Hoodie | You can keep it, but it must be returned in 2026. |
| Rain jacket | It must be returned. |
| Cap | You can keep it. A new cap will be provided in 2026. |
It is located behind the Coop parking lot, just after the underpass on the left (gravel area).
Luggage can be stored in the basement of the Sport Lodge, House A (next to the Sports Center) in the volunteer lounge until departure.
Sport Events Gstaad GmbH assumes no liability.
Each volunteer will receive the following for their service:
Swatch watch after 3 days of service
Volunteer clothing (see "Clothing 2025-2026")

Accommodation for volunteers from outside the area (see "Accommodation")
Access to the Center Court (Tribune H) during breaks and on service days

We provide accommodation in a double room (occasionally in a shared room) for all out-of-town volunteers.
Please submit any room preferences early on Swiss Volunteers. These will be considered where possible.
Drinks
For each workday, you are entitled to one drink.
You will receive a wristband with your personal drink credit.
Drinks can be obtained at the Beach Village and at the Volunteer Tent near the Side Courts.
Additionally, each volunteer will receive a water bottle (please label it) for refilling.
Meals
For each workday, you are entitled to breakfast (for out-of-town volunteers), lunch, and dinner.
Breakfast and lunch: Coop Restaurant (Untergstaadstrasse 20)
Dinner: Pasta at the Bschüssig Stand in the Beach Village
The meal credit is on the same wristband as the drink credit, including a deposit for the reusable dishware at Bschüssig. Don't forget to reload this deposit onto your wristband at the return station.

With your personal wristband, you have exclusive access to the Volunteer stand (Sector H) during your breaks and working days.
Please hand in labelled volunteers' clothing at the clothing counter in the curling hall. They can be dropped off by 10:00 a.m. and collected from 4:00 p.m. the following day.
