Ticketing

In the stadium, seating is unreserved for all ticket categories (non-numbered seats).

Tickets are valid for the entire day and all matches on the Center Court (Gstaadion). Tickets for individual matches are not available.

Weekly passes and day tickets of all categories are non-transferable.
A weekly pass grants one person access to the spectator stands from Wednesday to Sunday. It is not possible to receive a separate ticket or wristband for each day.
A day ticket grants one person access to the respective ticket category on the valid day. For example, it is not possible to receive a ticket or wristband for the morning and another for the afternoon on the same day.

Tickets are required inside the Center Court. Children up to 16 years old receive a 50% discount. Children under 6 years old get a free ticket, which must be obtained online.

During the tournament, the lower price category applies — meaning that if someone has a birthday during the tournament week and turns 6 or 16, they still qualify for the children’s ticket category.

Entry to the stands at the side courts is free. Seating is limited — first come, first served. A ticket is required for the Center Court (Gstaadion).

Entry to the Beach Village is free.

After purchasing your ticket, you will receive an email with the ticket attached (often the PDF is also visible at the bottom of the email). If you don’t see the email in your inbox, please check your spam/junk folder.
For further issues, contact ticketing@beachgstaad.ch with your order number.

Tickets must be presented at the ticket counter on-site to exchange for a wristband. The code is valid for one-time use only.

Wheelchair users have free admission. Bookings can be made at ticketing@beachgstaad.ch or +41 33 744 06 40.

Companions pay the regular ticket price (maximum 1 companion).

Upon request, we are happy to provide a parking space in close proximity to the venue.

Tickets can be returned up to 60 days before the start of the tournament, provided that the purchased ticket category is not sold out. The corresponding gross ticket value will be refunded minus a 15% processing fee. Ticket cancellations after this period are not possible.

A ticket cancellation is only possible if the ticket buyer contacts us.

The box office is open half an hour before the start of play during the tournament. Tickets can be purchased at the box office subject to availability.

Ticket upgrades are possible, provided the desired new ticket category is available. The price difference must be paid on-site or in advance. Additionally, a processing fee of CHF 15.00 will be charged.

Exchanging a child ticket for an adult ticket is possible. The price difference must be paid on-site or in advance.

There is no entitlement to a replacement for a lost ticket or wristband that has already been scanned.

Event execution

If fewer than 3 matches (spread over the day) can be played before the event is interrupted, ticket prices will be refunded afterwards according to the terms and conditions. No refunds will be given on-site.

As long as the safety of everyone (guests and participants) is ensured, the beach volleyball matches will take place even in rain and bad weather. Please note that delays and interruptions may occur.
Tickets are non-refundable.
