Transport information

Airport Shuttle

We provide an airport shuttle for all Players. Bookings can be made at transportation@beachworldtour.ch.

First Shuttle from the airport to Gstaad: Sunday, 03rd July 8.00am.
Last Shuttle to the airport: Monday, 11th July, 11:00 am!

Reservations after 07:00 pm: transportation to the airport can’t be guaranteed!

For pick at the train station up, please call the Local Shuttle (+41 79 238 70 08).
First Local Shuttle: Saturday, 02nd July 05:00pm.

Player’s Shuttle

Daily from Tuesday, 5th July to Saturday, 9th July: 07:45 am – 07:00 pm

Permanent shuttle service warm up court to center court.

If you need a shuttle service from/to the hotel, physiotherapy appointment or training session please call the Local Shuttle (+41 79 238 70 08) at least 1 hour before.

Shuttle Information

There will be no more transportation for players who have been eliminated from the tournament. Except the airport shuttle for eliminated players.

Practice Sessions

Practice Sessions Overview

How to make a reservation:
1. check availability
2. send an e-mail to sport@beachworldtour.ch with the following information:
- wished date/time
- wished court
- team name / country
- other team (if training with another team)
3. reservations are only valid after confirmation

Rules Practice Session

Reservation is possible for the following day from 9am
Exception: Reservation for Monday 4th July is already possible
Practice time is 30’ per team or 60’ with another team at the same court
Only one concurrent booking per team at a time.
Teams who are eliminated from the tournament can still use the practice court Ebnit 1 and Ebnit 2. But only if there is no other reservation.
Please check online before your planned practice session if the court is available.

Please note that each team can make only one reservation (only one concurrent booking at a time) per day.

Meals

After the arrival all players will benefit from the full-board service at the hotel from Tuesday evening until the elimination of the tournament. All rooms are booked with full-board service.
